    Yoga-Nidra is a process in which anyone can go deeper in his/her own subconscious mind. This depth enables to shape the mind at will. This is not only an important and well researched process for yoga teachers. It is very valuable for anyone who is struggling with stress, burnout or addictions.

    Yoga Nidra’s ultimate purpose is to take you deep into a state where you are fully unified with your inner being. In this process, the conscious mind withdraws itself so that the subconscious mind comes to the forefront.
