Yoga was never meant to be only exercise.

Many people today feel disconnected from their bodies. Constant stimulation. Mental overload. Stress stored quietly in the nervous system. Movement practices that build strength, yet often do not shift how people feel internally.

At some point, practitioners begin looking for something deeper. Not more intensity. But more presence. A way of practicing that develops awareness instead of performance, sensitivity instead of force, and clarity instead of effort.

This workshop is an invitation into that exploration.

A Different Approach to Hands-on Assists

Hands-on assists are often seen as correcting the body into a shape. But physical adjustments can be something far more subtle and intelligent.

They can support:

  • Safety in the nervous system
  • Grounding and stability
  • Release of unnecessary tension
  • Deeper awareness of breath and movement
  • Trust and relaxation
  • Refined perception of the body

In this workshop, we explore how guidance influences awareness itself — not just alignment.

Rather than mechanically adjusting posture, we focus on how presence, timing, and sensitivity change the internal experience of practice.

This is not about forcing flexibility. It is about learning to observe.

Who Is This Workshop For?

This experience is open to:

  • Yoga practitioners wanting to deepen their practice
  • Yoga teachers refining their observation skills
  • Wellness professionals exploring embodiment and nervous system work
  • People in transition seeking new direction
  • Anyone curious about a more therapeutic and conscious approach to yoga

No flexibility required.
No teaching experience required.
Only openness and curiosity.
