Yoga was never meant to be only exercise.
Many people today feel disconnected from their bodies. Constant stimulation. Mental overload. Stress held quietly in the nervous system. Practices that strengthen the body, yet often leave people feeling unchanged beneath the surface. At some point, many practitioners begin searching for something deeper.
Not necessarily more intense.
But more real.
A way of practicing that develops awareness instead of performance. Presence instead of pressure. Sensitivity instead of force.
This workshop is an invitation into that exploration.

A Different Approach to Hands-on Assists
Hands-on assists are often misunderstood as correcting the body into a shape. But conscious adjustments can become something far more meaningful.
It can create:
- Safety
- Trust
- Grounding
- Deeper Awareness
- Release of unnecessary tension
- Clearer perception of the body and breath
In this workshop, you will experience how mindful assists can support embodiment, nervous system regulation, posture awareness, relaxation, and presence. Rather than mechanically adjusting shapes, we explore how different types of adjustments influences awareness, perception, and the internal experience of practice.
This is not about forcing flexibility. It is about learning to observe.
