Get Out of Your Head.
Come Into Your Body.
An evening of yoga beyond the pose
with Sanjeev Bhanot
Wednesday, 21 October 19:00–20:30
Raum für Resonanz, Köln

There is more
to experience.
Tried yoga, but it felt like just another workout?
Tried meditation, but couldn’t switch off your thoughts?
You’re not alone, and you didn’t do it wrong. Many classes focus on the shapes. But yoga offers something deeper: a way to explore the connection between breath, body and mind.
When you begin to feel that connection, something can shift. You may notice tension you hadn’t recognised, or find a little space between a thought and your response. You stop thinking about your body and start being in it.
Breath. Body. Mind.
One connected experience.

Notice your state.
Explore how your breathing reflects and shapes your state of mind.
Feel, rather than perform.
Gentle movement that builds awareness and curiosity about what is happening within you.
See the connection.
Notice how thoughts and emotions show up in the body, and explore what changes when you pay attention.
In this 90-minute session, Sanjeev guides you towards a felt understanding of how body and mind work together, with experiences and tools you can take into your own practice and daily life.

Bring your curiosity.
- You've tried yoga or meditation and sensed there must be more.
