What is Couple Yoga ?
Yoga is traditionally seen as an individual practice. Couple
Yoga , breaks away from this mould of thought and a path
through which the harmony of yoga can be extended into one's
personal relationships.
Couple Yoga uses special techniques which are caring &
supporting, to help couples exchange energies and elevate
relationships from the physical to the spiritual level. We use
Couple's Lotus Pose, Couple's Turtle Pose and Couple's Moon
Triangle as paths for you to reach a higher level of being.
Couple Yoga is a great way of discovering how to balance and
work with each other's strengths and weaknesses. It helps you
achieve spiritual communion with your partner and deepening
your relationship and having some fun along the way.
Who can be your partner.
Come along with your husband/friend or if you have a teenage
kid, he/she can accompany you for the same.
