Sadhana Experiencing and Knowing From Within

Yogalife · May 28 · 1 MIN READ

The deepest part of who we are has been hidden underneath layers of borrowed temporary titles relating to where we live, what we do, and who we are related to.

Black and white photo of a blindfolded meditation or yoga class where participants have their arms outstretched toward the ceiling.

In order to make our titles sparkle even brighter, we polish them every morning as the person next to us shines even brighter. Now, we are almost obsessed with our identity. Even though something in us is very aware that this cannot be it.

There's more to it than my titles, passports, and professional credentials.

Yoga as a key on the journey of discovery

In order to discover more, we need to dive and dig deeper, which is why yoga plays a much larger role in helping us to find purpose and ultimately peace through its practice.

Our journey is based on the scripture Manudukya Upanishada. Sadhana is not about learning, but about experiencing and knowing from within.
