ANTASTHA YATRA RETREAT

WITH MANOJ BHANOT

24 Feb - 5 Mar 2023, Goa (Sold Out!)

It is time to organize ourselves in a way that we can catch a breath. In this retreat you will give a sense to your system, to your conscious and subconscious, that your tasks are complete. Just send your mind on a vacation and dive deeper into the joy of life.

Antastha Yatra is a 10 day Yoga process, which presents a unique opportunity to undertake your deepest journey into Yoga and yourself.

ANTASTHA YATRA RETREAT

A 10 DAY - YOGA PROCESS

Yoga process class Yoga process class

The program name comes from the Sanskrit ‘Antastha’ meaning ‘deepest, within, core or innermost’ and ‘Yatra’, which refers to ‘a journey’. During the retreat, you will be invited to go on a quest into your own core or deepest self, exploring with gentle inquiry the untouched potential you have deep inside.

Antastha Yatra is purposefully a 10 day Yoga retreat to allow the time for this intensive exploration and unfurling. The journey can be challenging, especially in the early stages, as you work through the more superficial layers of your being, but it does not take too long before the right techniques and support from our expert teachers smoothly guide you to your deepest essence, your own light.

To gain the most from its offering, we encourage you to enter Antastha Yatra with a mentality of total surrender and with the intention to create a fuller life. Our approach is not only to recover our own self, but to prepare, rejuvenate and cultivate life.

ANTASTHA YOGA MALISH WORKSHOP

WITH SANJEEV BHANOT

Saturday, 21 January 2023, Studio SoHam, Geneva

Antastha Yoga Malish is one of the series of Antastha Yoga. It is an Indian massage technique based on the tradition of the Akharas (ancient physical and spiritual training centers).
This practice for healing and flexibility uses massages done in a warm room with body oil while practicing specially selected yoga postures.
It gives you a new unexpected flexibility, improves your blood circulation, relieves pain, helps in conditions like arthritis while the ayurvedic oil benefits your skin.

YOGIC ADJUSTMENTS WORKSHOP

WITH SANJEEV BHANOT

Saturday 11 February 2023, Yoga 1a, Cologne

Yogic sciences were always taught in a Guru to student-tradition.

Not all the teachings are published in books. Some of the most amazing procedures on how to improve and how to help students to go to the next level of their practice are shared in the asana clinic.

These processes are not derived from the physical fitness world; in this workshop you'll get introduced to original methods of yoga.

WHAT MORE WILL I LEARN?
