This workshop will make you dive deeper. It covers practices of Asana (postures), Pratyahara (withdrawal of senses) , Pranayama (breathing techniques).
TCombined together these practices will impact the nervous system immediately, allowing deeper relaxation and calmness to expand your awareness. Antastha yoga is practiced with a blindfold, to allow connect with your inner self deeply.
In addition, we will work with Pranayama - the science of breath.
Prana is life energy. The importance of breathing and conscious breath is given special attention in this workshop. Through breathing exercises you will rediscover your breath - which will cleanse your body and mind and will recharge your batteries with new energy.
