11th May to 11th November 2018 - 9-weekend-course
Teacher Training Course 200 hr in Bonn, Germany
Our TTC focuses on bringing out the knowledge and wisdom you have gained from your own yoga practice, and giving you the skills, confidence and qualifications to transmit them to others.
You begin teaching from the first sessions, and get valuable feedback, encouragement and training to grow as a teacher. We use modern learning techniques to suit your style of learning for the greatest efficiency, and you get invaluable tips and advice from the veteran teachers who have a combined experience of more than 50 years.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Train in hands-on adjustments, with practical sessions from day one.
- Develop your understanding of yogic philosophy and sacred texts.
- Re-kindle your self-awareness as you learn about Antastha Yoga.
All our courses are run by highly skilled and experienced teachers. Yogalife founder Sanjeev oversees the course and provides personal development coaching and an introduction to Antastha Yoga, his own unique style of yoga.
You will be provided with our specially-designed training manual of 150 pages. This valuable resource is regularly updated, based on feedback and new scientific insights, so you can be confident that you are receiving exceptional quality training.
Continuing Education Programme (CEP)
Training as a yoga teacher is a lifelong practice. Yogalife strives to support you by offering the opportunity to deepen your knowledge in yoga while supporting your personal growth. The Continuing Education Programme aims to allow graduates of the Yogalife TTCs to re-experience the teachings of the TTC, recall the concepts, the techniques and the process of becoming a Yogalife qualified teacher. Attending as a CEP gives you a precious opportunity to learn the “making of” of the Yoga Teacher Training, gain valuable learning and teaching experiences.
