Pranayama &Yoga Nidra Workshop with Sanjeev in Lausanne, Switzerland
The prana is the life energy: the importance of breathing and conscious breath is given special attention in this workshop. Firsthand, you will practice a serie of asanas that will prepare you for the practices of pranayama. In the Pranayama breathing exercises you will rediscover your breath – which will cleanse your body and mind, recharge your batteries with new energy and open your channels.
Yoga Nidra, the Yogic Sleep, is the practice of conscious deep sleep. When we practice Yoga Nidra we enter a state of very deep relaxation. In Yoga Nidra, the muscular, emotional and physical tensions that arise from the body itself will be released. Yoga Nidra it ́s effortless: we learn how to relax deeply by the practice of pratyahara, attaining a state of inner peace, bringing calmness, quietness and clarity in us.
Workshop will take place on Saturday 5th May 2018 from 2pm-4:30pm
Make sure to arrive on time at the studio :-)
Feel free to bring your own mat, though mats are available.
If you feel so, bring your meditation cushion and something to drink.
For yogis all levels and specially recommended for Yoga Teachers.
