The CNS Serie („Central Nervous System“) has a particular positive effect on the nervous system and the endocrine glands. This Serie is built on two mechanisms. On one hand, the asanas sequence tunes the body in a way that stimulates and strengthens the nervous system at the same time. On the other hand it is based on fundamental scientific methods that lead the brain to deep relaxation as the movement sequences are executed blindfolded. Most of the brain capacity is used for seeing - and if this sense is removed, only then the brain can turn itself off and the entire “human being” is able to find deep relaxation. Additionally, it does improve the release of several different hormones, mainly melatonin. On top, the CNS series helps your spine, shoulders, back and neck to more energy and strength. The capacity of concentration will increase and you will also achieve a more balanced hormone system. The CNS series helps the entire human to find balance with itself and to increase its capabilities of wellbeing.
